What exchanges are supported?
Currently only Binance is supported, with goals to expand to other exchanges in the future.
Is this fully automated?
Yes. You only need to fund your account, and provide API keys to allow remote trading.
Can I have my own custom made AI?
Our AI trading models are fully customisable to the risk level you want. You can make these changes in the HZI app or through the Settings button on your dashboard.
Do I need trading experience to use this?
No trading experience is necessary. We have video tutorials to show you how to set up your account and get it ready for trading automation.
Can I monitor what the AI is doing?
Yes. The AI trades on your account, so you stay in control the entire time. You can see every detail of every trade through your exchange. Summaries are also available in your account on the HZI app or through your dashboard.
How is my capital protected from loss?
We use hard-coded safeguards and constant monitoring to prevent our AI systems from trading irrationally. We run extensive backtests and real-world tests before implementing any new change to the AI's behaviour.
